Background information: Built in the '90s of the last century, this garage is actually quite modern. The large garage door is a distinct characteristic of this. The wooden siding and the asymmetrical saddle roof give the garage a more traditional appearance. The volume is in any case of size, because there is certainly plenty of room for two cars and a workshop with a functional storage attic.
Architectural details: The building is constructed from a masonry plinth, surmounted by a cladding of horizontally placed brown wooden parts. The masonry plinth is a functional element, for woodwork to the ground often results in wood rot, as water can draw out of the ground and into the wood. The roof is equipped with Dutch tiles, finished with an equally brown bargeboard at the ends.
