The road markings template helps in the application of the road markings. The template is made according to the standards of the ASVV for road markings. The ASVV book with recommendations for traffic facilities is released by the CROW knowledge platform. It is often seen in the Netherlands as the guideline for the design of public (traffic) space.
The road line marking template is made of thin transparent plastic, and can be used in various ways. You can use paint (acrylic), and temporarily mask the other template images with masking tape. But you can also use a type-ex pen, writing and drawing supplies and even an airbrush. Dried paint on template can quite easily be scraped off with the nails or other blunt tools. The template can be washed with detergent or cleaner. Ink that remains on the template can best shortly after processing be cleaned with a damp cloth. Due to transparent plastic material it is easy to position the template. The road line marking template can be used several times, but folding or exposure to corrosive substances is not recommended.
