Background information:
We have 3 main types of parking spaces. Parallel to the road, perpendicular to the road and turned at an angle. Usually 45 degrees. Parking spaces are often constructed from element pavement, such as concrete paving stones. Research has shown that the motorist will park better in the middle if two-color pavement is used, namely a color for the middle and a different color for the edge. Urban planner often opts to make the middle section dark in color so that any liquid spots of vehicles are less noticeable and thus the pavement will look good for a longer period of time.
Architectural details:
This type of parking spaces can be used for parallel parking and at right angles to the road. Squat parking is often encountered with a wide road profile where traffic does not drive fast and the parking requirement is high. Parking alongside the road (parallel to the road) is better suited for the main streets, where there is a lot of faster traffic. The color of these parking spaces is the same for the edge as the middle section.
Vehicles on the pictures of the parkincg spaces are not included.
