Background information:
Curbs, also referred to as kerbstones, we find naturally along the longitudinal direction of a pavement, generally at the side of the road. Curbstones are for the most part in the ground. They form a solid barrier to stabilize the upper sand under the pavement so that it does not flush down the road in a heavy rain. Sidewalks are a little higher laid out so that it becomes difficult for a motorist to drive on the sidewalk from the road. The curves in this set contain the standard radius for curves of general access roads and also various smaller curves radii. The smaller kerbstones arc radii can be useful for creating traffic islands, curves in cycle paths and other details.
