Background information:
Signs indicating "touching live wires dangerous" were hung mainly at levels crossings. The sign then hung on a often metal structure above the road. There seemed to be no real standard for the construction and therefore differed per level crossing. Although most have disappeared since the '60s, a copy of such a sign can still be found on the Rijksstraatweg in Sassenheim.
These signs were also hung above waterways. This at the location of a swing bridge where the overhead line did not rotate with the bridge, and thus remained suspended above the water as boats passed. Such a sign hung for a long time near the place Arkel on a construction of two uprights with in between some steel cables.
When placing these signs on your layout, only your own design uprights are required.
