Background information:
Pallet racks have become increasingly standardized in recent decades. Even the colors are almost always similar. For example, blue posts with mostly light gray diagonal braces are common today. The beams are usually orange. In reality, the beams often consist of two steel beams, without any further bottom. That is fine for placing standard size pallets, such as the so-called euro pallets, but different pallet sizes do not fit on the beams. Some companies then use shelfs on the beams, so that the racks can be used more widely for storing different sizes of pallets and products. At Markenburg there are two sets of beams in the kit, so you can choose what suits your situation best.
